What if my order arrives incorrect or damaged?
If we’ve made an error, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Our support team will assess the issue and, if confirmed, provide a complimentary return label. We’ll cover the return shipping if it’s our mistake.

Who pays for return shipping?
Unless there’s an error on our part, the customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

How long do I have to send items back?
Once you’ve contacted our support team, you must ship the item back within 10 days. All pieces must be in original packaging with all original items and materials.

Are sale or promotional items refundable?
Items purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for a full refund. They can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 15 days of delivery. Fragrance products are final sale unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Can I return an item purchased before a sale to repurchase it at a discount?
No. Returns and exchanges requested during a promotion will be processed only after the promotion has ended. If two identical orders exist, only the lesser value order will be refunded.

What’s your product warranty?
All Buck Palmer jewelry includes a 6-month warranty for a free replacement if the item breaks. Orders outside this window will be reviewed case by case.

When will I receive my replacement or exchange?
We must receive the original item before crafting or shipping a replacement. Please allow up to 21 days for processing, including time to hand-finish your piece.
